This copy was claimed by the seller to date to 1690-1700. It is believed that the plates were lost in the fire in 1672 and this statement therefore not creditworthy. However, what is interesting is that the map is blank on the verso, making it likely that it was printed separately. Some plates did survive the fire, even if this one has not been known as one of them. So it is not possible to rule out that the plates did actually survive the fire and were used at this late date.
